BECOMING A MEMBER
We want you to know how delighted we are that you are considering entering into the covenant of membership at First Friends Church. Our vision is to join God in his work of "Restoring people to the Father' heart, Growing Disciples and Leaders in Christ's likeness, and Reaching Nations in the Spirit's power"
Membership is an act of committing yourself to this "spiritual family" as a place where you can serve, and be served. We believe the local church is God's way of reaching the world. At we believe that as we commit to give of our time, abilities, and resources, we accomplish far more together than any of us can by ourselves.
Here are the steps to take If you are considering becoming a member of First Friends:
- Foundations is an 11-week Bible study on the essentials of the Christian faith.
- Membership Class is a one-time class where you will learn about the Friends Church, doctrine and vision.
- Participate in a Pastoral Interview
- Approved by First Friends Elders
