OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

ANGEL TREE CHRISTMAS CHILD      

When mom or dad is in prison, it is the children who do hard time. Give the child of a prisoner the joy of Christmas this year by adopting an Angel. Our Angel Tree table is filled with children in need of Christ's love and will be located in the hallway outside the Sanctuary, between November 20 - December 11, 2011.  Contact: Ben Walters at bwalters@firstfriends.org or (330) 966-2800 ext. 225.

SOCK & MITTEN TREE CHRISTMAS CHILD

Every year we donate socks, mittens, hats, scarves, and gloves to the Salvation Army to distribute to those in need for the winter. Help decorate our tree by the church library between November 20 - December 11, 2011.

FRIENDS TREE CHRISTMAS CHILD
If you would like to help provide gifts for someone from our congregation this Christmas, stop by the Friends Tree, located across from rooms L-1, 2, 3, after Nov 27, 2011. Grab a tag, purchase and wrap the gift, and drop it off at the Welcome Center before December 14, 2011.  Monetary gifts are welcome and may be indicated on an offering envelope.

 ADVENT CONSPIRACY
Again this year our high school students will be taking part in a Christmas campaign to worship fully, spend less, give more, and love all.  Our focus during this holiday season is to bring more attention to how our little gifts can make significant impact; especially in the world water crisis.  Learn more at adventconspiracy.org.
MISSIONARY CHRISTMAS

Show your love and support for our missionary families through a monetary gift this Christmas. Please designate "Missionary Christmas" on your offering envelope.
